Woodblock Prints

To finalize the Grand Ampersand project, I created a series of woodblock prints of some of my favorite posts. The blocks were laser cut out of birch and chipboard then printed using traditional block printing methods. The posts were converted to a single color. To add to the series, I pulled a few ampersands from my Daily Ligature project.

EAST show and TXST Faculty Showcase

The prints were displayed during the East Austin Studio Tour as well as the TXST Gallery for the Faculty Showcase. For EAST, the prints were hung in a custom painted hallway with a vinyl wall logo.
