Surprisingly Challenging

The pentomino puzzles for Bright Beam Goods are made from birch plywood and colorful acrylic plastic. Each puzzle uses the same twelve rectilinear shapes composed of five squares. While a relatively simple design, the puzzle is actually quite difficult to put back into its frame, keeping the puzzle interesting for a long period of time. The pieces are packaged in the frame which goes inside of a clear sleeve that keeps the pieces in place for shipping and storage.

Square Puzzles

The square puzzles come in many colors and have multiple solutions. The puzzles are challenging for both kids and adults. A bright and distinguishable color palette makes the puzzles stand out on a shelf, with the variations on a square being the primary colors and the diagonal puzzles being secondary colors.

Animal Pentominos

In addition to he square and diagonal pentominos, the twelve shapes can also be configured in a variety of animal shapes. The animal shapes cater to a younger demographic and the larger frame makes them more accessible to smaller hands. Due to the wide variety of animal shapes, the puzzles are either portrait or landscape to accommodate the animal. However, the puzzle frames are the same size, which makes packaging and shipping the products uniform and simple.

The pentominos are an ongoing line of products for Bright Beam Goods, so a few of the specfic puzzles were discontinued as new puzzles were released.
